INTERNAL AUDIT TEAM:

Job Description:

·   Operational Process Audit/ Revenue leakages identification.

1.     Process Audit: Review & Monitor SOP’s/Flowcharts of all processes and ensure compliance.i.e. MGP process, Scrap Sale Process, Job card/ Sales dockets generation process, Bank Reconciliation process, Refund process, FNF Process, etc.

2.     Physical Stock Audit: System/ Physical Vehicles RO verification, Tool audit, Management Vehicles Audit (TD/ Courtesy/ ERS), Part Audit, Oil Audit, Accessories Audit, etc.

3.     Revenue leakages Verification Points: Cash Audit, Cash Vouchers verification, IT Dept. Stock audit, Physical stationery audit, Utility Expenses Audit, Discount Audit (SR- WS), Zero billing analysis, Cancel Invoice Analysis, etc.

·   Execution of Monthly Audit Calendar and completion of Locations as per Audit checklists.

·   Identify Cost Savings opportunities, if any.

·   Responsible for timely closure of Schedulers and attestations.

·   Allocated Branch Final mail draft submit to Manager for overview and corrections.

·   Submission to respective branches after received corrective reports from Manager.

·   Monthly and Yearly Physical stock verification and Inventory of Vehicles, Spare part, Accessories & Fixed assets.

·   Maintain of Daily mail tracker – accordingly follow up with respective branches up to 2 reminders.

·   Monthly submission of self-score of PMS Point sheet accordingly completion of Monthly audit plan.
