Eligibility Criteria
Experience Required
- Minimum 1 year of experience in International Customer Support
- Experience in Voice / Semi-Voice / Blended Process is mandatory
Educational Qualification
- Any Graduate
- Undergraduates can also apply
Notice Period
- Only Immediate Joiners are preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer interactions through voice and blended support channels
- Assist customers with queries related to telecom services, plans, billing, account support, and service-related concerns
- Provide accurate, timely, and professional resolutions to customer issues
- Ensure excellent customer satisfaction by maintaining service quality standards
- Manage escalations and difficult customer conversations effectively
- Maintain proper documentation and update customer interactions in the system
- Follow process guidelines, compliance standards, and customer service protocols
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure smooth resolution of customer concerns
- Meet daily productivity, quality, and performance metrics
Required Skills
- Good to excellent English communication skills
- Strong customer handling and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced international process environment
- Comfortable working in US rotational shifts
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to navigate multiple systems
- Good listening skills and professional telephone etiquette
- Prior experience in international BPO / customer support / telecom process will be preferred
