Inventory Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a data-driven inventory planning professional responsible for forecasting demand, maintaining optimal inventory levels, and ensuring product availability across e-commerce, quick commerce, and offline channels. The role will play a critical part in balancing demand, supply, and working capital.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze sales trends across Amazon, Quick Commerce, D2C, and Offline channels.
• Calculate SKU-wise DRR (Daily Run Rate) and DOC (Days of Cover).
• Develop weekly and monthly demand forecasts.
• Plan replenishment requirements for warehouses and marketplaces.
• Monitor stock health, aging inventory, and excess stock.
• Recommend production and procurement quantities.
• Track open purchase orders and inventory pipeline.
• Identify stock-out risks and propose corrective actions.
• Build dashboards and reports for inventory visibility.
• Collaborate with procurement, production, and sales teams.

Required Skills

• Advanced Excel (Power Query, Pivot Tables, Forecasting Models).
• Power BI or Tableau.
• Inventory Planning and Demand Forecasting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of supply chain and inventory management concepts.

Preferred Experience

• 3–6 years in Demand Planning, Inventory Planning, Supply Chain Analytics, or Forecasting.
• Experience in toys, FMCG, retail, consumer products, or e-commerce preferred.
