• Primary skills:Technology->Automated Testing->Automated Testing - ALL NA Required Skills & Qualifications • 10–12 years of experience in DevOps, cloud engineering, and infrastructure automation. • Strong hands-on expertise in Crossplane and Kubernetes-based infrastructure provisioning. • Advanced proficiency in Ansible for large-scale automation and configuration management. • Deep experience in GitHub Actions (or similar CI/CD tools) for building enterprise-grade pipelines. • Strong knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles and tools. • Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP) and cloud-native architecture. • Strong understanding of containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes). • Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash, or similar). • Solid experience in cloud security, compliance, and DevOps best practices. • Proven ability to lead initiatives, mentor engineers, and influence technical decisions. • You will explore the alternatives to the recommended solutions based on research that includes literature surveys, information available in public domains, vendor evaluation information, etc. and build POCs • You will create requirement specifications from the business needs, define the to-be-processes and detailed functional designs based on requirements. • You will support configuring solution requirements on the products; understand if any issues, diagnose the root-cause of such issues, seek clarifications, and then identify and shortlist solution alternatives • You will also contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives with an objective of providing high quality value adding solutions to customers.
