Job Title: ITI Electrician – CCTV & Security Systems Technician

Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled and motivated ITI Electrician to join our CCTV and Electronic Security Systems team. The candidate will be responsible for installing, testing, troubleshooting, and maintaining CCTV surveillance systems, access control systems, networking cables, and related electrical equipment at customer sites.

• Key Responsibilities
• Install and commission CCTV cameras, DVRs/NVRs, monitors, and related security equipment.
• Perform electrical wiring, cable laying, conduit installation, and termination work.
• Configure and test CCTV systems, including IP cameras and network connectivity.
• Troubleshoot faults in CCTV systems, power supplies, networking, and electrical circuits.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and periodic inspections of installed systems.
• Read and interpret electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, and installation plans.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures.
• Coordinate with supervisors, engineers, and customers during installation projects.
• Prepare service reports and maintain installation records.
• Support upgrades, repairs, and system expansions as required.
• Required Qualifications
• ITI Certificate in Electrician trade or equivalent technical qualification.
• 0–3 years of experience in electrical installations, CCTV systems, or security systems.
• Basic understanding of electrical wiring and low-voltage systems.
• Familiarity with CCTV cameras, DVR/NVR systems, and networking concepts is preferred.
• Ability to use electrical and hand tools safely.
• Willingness to travel to customer locations and work at heights when required.
• Required Skills
• Electrical troubleshooting and fault finding.
• Cable routing, termination, and testing.
• Basic networking knowledge (IP addressing, LAN cabling).
• Ability to read technical drawings and layouts.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Strong attention to detail and safety practices.
• Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with CCTV brands such as Hikvision, Dahua, CP Plus, or similar.
• Knowledge of access control, video door phones, fire alarm systems, or biometric systems.
• Valid driving license is an advantage.
