Area(s) of responsibility

 

JD Edwards – Distribution Consultant

 

Qualification: BE/B Tech, MBA (Sales) (Full Time)

 

Experience: 7-12 Years in JD Edwards Distribution Modules with EDI experience

 

Grade : 5A / 5B

 

Required Skillset:

 

  • Expert in JD Edwards all Distribution Modules and EDI process
  • Proficient in requisition self-service module
  • AMS Support project Experience
  • Excellent in oral and written communication

 

Domain knowledge:

  • Must have worked in Sales / Procurement Departments in any Industry vertical
  • Knowledge of P2P and O2C business process
  • EDI knowledge

 

Roles and responsibilities:

 

  • Support on Daily Operational issues for Sales and Distribution modules including EDI process.
  • Bug-Fixes arising from Incidents.  
  • Identify Customer’s pain areas and suggest process improvement solution
  • Creation of business requirements, workflows, and functional specifications for minor enhancements.
  • Creating CRP scripts, , Testing & UAT Support Training/Set Up for minor enhancements.
