Area(s) of responsibility
JD Edwards – Distribution Consultant
Qualification: BE/B Tech, MBA (Sales) (Full Time)
Experience: 7-12 Years in JD Edwards Distribution Modules with EDI experience
Grade : 5A / 5B
Required Skillset:
- Expert in JD Edwards all Distribution Modules and EDI process
- Proficient in requisition self-service module
- AMS Support project Experience
- Excellent in oral and written communication
Domain knowledge:
- Must have worked in Sales / Procurement Departments in any Industry vertical
- Knowledge of P2P and O2C business process
- EDI knowledge
Roles and responsibilities:
- Support on Daily Operational issues for Sales and Distribution modules including EDI process.
- Bug-Fixes arising from Incidents.
- Identify Customer’s pain areas and suggest process improvement solution
- Creation of business requirements, workflows, and functional specifications for minor enhancements.
- Creating CRP scripts, , Testing & UAT Support Training/Set Up for minor enhancements.
