Job Description

  • Prepare Proforma Invoices & Sales Invoices
  • Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports
  • Assist senior accountants in the preparation of monthly/yearly closings
  • Assist with other accounting projects
  • Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded
  • Co-ordinate with customers & transportes
  • Handling Indiamart Account
  • Prepare salesman reports monthly
  • Prepare Order report deaily
