Job Description
POSITION OVERVIEW
We are looking for a Junior Application & Sales Engineer to support business development and technical sales activities in the field of vibration analysis, condition monitoring, and industrial reliability solutions.
This is a field-oriented role requiring interaction with plant engineers, maintenance teams, and industrial clients.
2. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Visit industrial sites (manufacturing plants, process industries, etc.)
- Interact with maintenance and reliability teams
- Understand customer problems related to machine failures and downtime
- Explain services (vibration analysis, condition monitoring, diagnostics)
- Assist in technical discussions and basic demonstrations
- Support in generating leads and following up with potential clients
- Prepare basic reports, visit summaries, and client updates
- Work closely with internal technical team for solution delivery
3. CANDIDATE PROFILE
Educational Qualification:
- Diploma / BE / BTech in:
- Mechanical Engineering OR
- Electrical Engineering
Experience:
- Fresher preferred
- 0–1 year experience in industrial environment (optional)
Required Skills:
- Basic understanding of industrial machines (motors, pumps, fans, etc.)
- Interest in maintenance / reliability / troubleshooting
- Good communication skills (Marathi, Hindi, and English)
- Willingness to travel and work in field conditions
- Positive attitude and learning mindset
4. ROLE EXPECTATION
- Candidate should be ready to:
- Visit industrial plants regularly
- Learn technical concepts related to vibration and condition monitoring
- Handle client interaction independently after training
- Grow into a full-fledged Sales/Application Engineer role
