Job Description
Cyberflix Systems LLP is hiring a Laptop & Computer Service Technician for our Baner, Pune location.
Responsibilities:
• Diagnose and repair laptops, desktops, monitors, and computer peripherals.
• Install and troubleshoot Windows, software applications, drivers, and antivirus solutions.
• Upgrade RAM, SSDs, HDDs, graphics cards, and other hardware components.
• Assemble custom gaming PCs and workstation computers.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, and performance-related issues.
• Perform preventive maintenance and system health checks.
• Explain technical issues and solutions to customers professionally.
• Maintain service reports and repair records.
Requirements:
• 6 months to 2 years of experience in laptop or desktop repair.
• Knowledge of computer hardware and software troubleshooting.
• Experience with Windows installation and system configuration.
• Basic networking knowledge preferred.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• ITI, Diploma, 10th Pass, or 12th Pass candidates can apply.
Additional Skills Preferred:
• Printer installation and troubleshooting.
• CCTV installation and networking.
• Gaming PC assembly and upgrades.
Salary: ₹10,000 - ₹20,000 per month (based on experience)
Location: Baner, Pune
Candidates with experience in Desktop Support, IT Hardware, Computer Assembly, Service Center Repair, CCTV Installation, or Networking are encouraged to apply.
