Summary:
As a Large Language Model Architect, your day involves designing and structuring advanced language models capable of understanding and generating human-like text. You will focus on creating neural network architectures that efficiently process vast amounts of unstructured text data. Collaborating with various teams, you will oversee the development lifecycle of these models, ensuring they meet performance and scalability requirements. Your role includes continuous refinement of model parameters and adapting designs to evolving project needs, contributing to cutting-edge advancements in natural language processing technologies.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience.
- Should have Influencing and Advisory skills.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the evaluation and integration of emerging technologies to enhance model capabilities.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Experience in designing and optimizing neural network architectures for natural language processing.
- Strong understanding of training methodologies involving large-scale unlabeled text datasets.
- Ability to analyze model performance metrics and implement improvements.
- Familiarity with distributed computing environments to support large model training.
- Expertise in managing model scalability and deployment challenges.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in Large Language Models (LLMs).
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
