Summary:
As a Large Language Model Architect, you will be responsible for architecting large language models that can effectively process and generate natural language. Your typical day will involve designing neural network parameters and working with extensive datasets to ensure the models are trained on large quantities of unlabeled text data, ultimately contributing to advancements in natural language processing technology.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge and experience.
- Should have influencing and advisory skills.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals and objectives.
- Mentor junior professionals in the field of large language models and natural language processing.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Large Language Models.
- Strong understanding of neural network architectures and their applications in natural language processing.
- Experience with training and fine-tuning large-scale language models.
- Familiarity with data preprocessing techniques for text data.
- Knowledge of evaluation metrics for language models and their performance assessment.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in Large Language Models.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
