Job Title: Product Owner – Dealer Management System (DMS)

Role Summary

Looking for an experienced Product Owner with strong domain knowledge in Dealer Management Systems (DMS) to drive product vision, roadmap, and delivery. The role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, development teams, and end users to build scalable and high-impact solutions for dealer and distribution networks.

Key Responsibilities
•    Own and define the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for the DMS platform
•    Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into user stories with clear acceptance criteria
•    Act as a primary liaison between business and technical teams
•    Prioritize backlog based on business value, customer impact, and strategic goals
•    Drive Agile ceremonies – sprint planning, reviews, backlog grooming, and retrospectives
•    Ensure timely delivery of features with high quality and usability
•    Collaborate with UX, engineering, and QA teams for seamless product execution
•    Monitor product performance, feedback, and adoption; continuously enhance user experience
•    Support UAT, releases, and post-production improvement initiatives

Required Skills & Experience
•    7–8 years of experience in Product Ownership / Business Analysis / Product Management
•    Strong understanding of Dealer Management Systems (DMS) in automotive or similar domains
•    Experience in sales, service, warranty, inventory, and dealer operations workflows
•    Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
•    Ability to write clear user stories, BRDs, and functional specifications
•    Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
•    Experience working with cross-functional teams and client-facing roles

Preferred Skills
•    Domain exposure to Automotive / Manufacturing / Distribution networks
•    Familiarity with CRM, ERP integrations, or Salesforce platforms
•    Data-driven mindset with basic understanding of reporting/analytics
•    Certification in Scrum/Product Owner (CSPO/PSPO) is a plus
