About You

You’re someone who thrives at the intersection of design, leadership, and impact. You don’t just build learning solutions—you shape how learning delivers value to the business. With strong instructional design expertise and hands-on experience, you take ownership of end‑to‑end programs while also guiding and uplifting others on your team.

You’re comfortable working with global stakeholders, navigating complexity, and driving quality at scale. Most importantly, you enjoy coaching others, raising the bar for design excellence, and creating learning experiences that truly make a difference.

Job responsibilities include:

  • Design and deliver high‑quality learning programs across formats (eLearning, virtual/live, video, podcasts, guides).

  • Own end‑to‑end lifecycle from needs analysis to launch, evaluation, and continuous improvement.

  • Apply instructional design frameworks (ADDIE, SAM, Bloom’s) and adult learning principles.

  • Partner with Capability Partners, SMEs, and business leaders to define outcomes and co‑create content.

  • Manage multiple projects using Agile, ensuring timelines, milestones, and risk tracking.

  • Leverage learning tools (Articulate 360, Synthesia, Captivate, LMS platforms).

  • Ensure inclusive, accessible, and globally scalable design.

  • Measure effectiveness using Kirkpatrick and drive business impact.

  • Audit L&D programs and lead continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Lead team delivery—prioritize work, track performance, and ensure SLA/KPI adherence.

  • Influence stakeholders and navigate complexity to drive outcomes.

To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:

Required Qualifications 

  • 7+ years of experience in instructional design / learning content development.

  • 2-3 Years of Team Leading experience is a must.

  • Proven experience designing learning programs aligned with adult learning theory.

  • Strong experience working in global, matrixed organizations with multiple stakeholders.

  • Hands-on experience with eLearning authoring tools (Articulate 360, Captivate, etc.) and LMS platforms.

  • Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.

  • Ability to manage complexity and deliver multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Experience in learning measurement and impact evaluation.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Learning & Development, or related field.

  • Certifications or coursework in eLearning / digital content development.

  • Experience working closely with Talent Acquisition or HR functions.

  • Exposure to Agile learning development methodologies.

  • Experience leading teams and managing end‑to‑end delivery operations.
