Job Description
We are looking for a Loan Compliance Auditor to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate should have experience in Audit, Compliance, Loan Operations, or CA Articleship with a good understanding of KYC, lending processes, and regulatory compliance.
- Key ResponsibilitiesConduct compliance audits of loan files and processes.
- Review KYC documents and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Identify audit findings and prepare reports.
- Monitor adherence to company policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve compliance issues.
- Maintain accurate audit records and documentation.
- Requirements6 months–2 years of experience in Audit, Compliance, Loan Operations, or CA Articleship.
- Good understanding of Loan/Lending Operations.
- Knowledge of KYC Verification and Regulatory Compliance.
- Good verbal and written English communication.
- Proficiency in MS Excel is preferred.
- Preferred QualificationBachelor's Degree (Commerce, Finance, or related field)
- MBA (Finance) / CA Inter / CA Articleship preferred
