Job Description

Responsibilities:

 

  • Experience in handling Machine shop special machines like (Grinding, polishing, Honing, Pick and place robots, EMAG etc..)
  • Able to handle Assembly line maintenance , Test stand , SPM machine
  • Responsible for individual shift and should work in three shift rotation.
  • Exposure in dealing with systems Fanuc 0 i ,18 i / Siemens 840D, 828D CNC systems. 
  • Clear understanding on Breakdown maintenance, Preventive maintenance, Corrective maintenance, predictive maintenance and measuring parameters like MTBF, MTTR and OEE and implement the same.
  • Knowledge of PLC fault diagnosis
  • Fanuc, Siemens CNC Maintenance, trouble shooting, parameterization, drive, hardware replacement. 
  • Must be able read and write electrical drawing
  • Must know about LOTO, PPE
  • Good understanding on analytical skill, problem solving techniques
  • Should be able to handle/ face the Audits, documentation work , Maximo , manpower management ,Monthly review meeting etc.
  • Spare part planning and follow up with client
