Purpose of the role in 1-2 sentences    This role is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations and strategic goals of a food program and cafeteria management, which includes overseeing kitchen, café and  pantry, as well as ensuring compliance with safety regulations. The duties also involve managing budgets, supervising staff and vendors, and coordinating projects like renovations and maintenance to ensure a hygienic food program is delivered.

•    Inventory and Stock: Maintain adequate stock levels for food, beverages, and other supplies, and monitor vending machines.

•    Previous experience in food service, casual dining, or hotel settings is often required.
