JD for SF Marketing Aps Admin

The Marketing Applications Administrator is responsible for managing and optimizing Salesforce Marketing Cloud and related Salesforce marketing technologies. This role ensures smooth campaign execution, data integrity, and integration with Salesforce CRM.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer and maintain Salesforce Marketing Cloud: Manage user access, roles, and permissions.
  • Configure and optimize SFMC features: Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Audience Builder, and Content Builder.
  • Manage integrations: Ensure seamless data flow between Marketing Cloud, Pardot, Salesforce CRM, and other connected systems.
  • Monitor and maintain data quality: Implement best practices for segmentation, data extensions, consent and compliance.
  • Assist in Campaign Structure: Help the operations team to help in resolving technical issues, creating better structure for the campaign modelling.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues: Act as the primary point of contact for SFMC-related technical problems such as Sync Errors, Tracking Errors, Mapping Errors etc.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders: Work closely with Marketing, Sales, and IT to align technology with business objectives.
  • Ensure compliance: Adhere to company policies and Salesforce best practices for data privacy and security.
  • Stay current: Evaluate new MCAE Marketing Cloud Account Engagement, features and enhancements to improve marketing capabilities.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud administration.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and integration best practices.
  • Ability to manage data extensions, segmentation, and automation workflows.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator Certification (preferred).

  • Ability to translate marketing needs into technical solutions.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and staying current with MCAE updates.
  • Experience in user training and adoption strategies.
