Job Summary

​We are looking for a skilled and motivated EV Two-Wheeler Mechanic to join our growing service team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the maintenance, diagnostics, and repair of electric two-wheelers. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety, performance, and longevity of our fleet/customer vehicles. ​Key Responsibilities

• ​Diagnostics & Troubleshooting: Perform systematic diagnostics on electric scooters/motorcycles, including battery health, motor performance, and controller issues.

• ​Routine Maintenance: Conduct regular service checks, including brake inspections, tire pressure/alignment, and suspension maintenance.

• ​Battery & Electrical Repair: Safely handle, inspect, and troubleshoot lithium-ion battery packs, BMS (Battery Management System), and associated wiring/connectors.

• ​Software Updates: Use diagnostic tools to check for firmware updates and troubleshoot IoT/telematics-related connectivity issues.

• ​Quality Assurance: Ensure all repairs comply with safety standards and that vehicles are road-ready before being returned to the customer.

• ​Workshop Hygiene: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment in line with safety guidelines, specifically regarding battery storage and electrical hazards.

​Qualifications & Skills

• ​Experience: Proven experience as a two-wheeler mechanic (ICE or EV). Experience with electric vehicle technology is highly preferred.
• ​Technical Proficiency: Basic understanding of electrical circuits, multimeters, and diagnostic software.
• ​Safety Focus: Strict adherence to safety protocols, especially when working with high-voltage battery packs and electrical components.

• ​Problem-Solving: Ability to interpret error codes and identify root causes of performance issues.

• ​Communication: Ability to clearly explain technical issues to customers or management.
