Your Key Responsibilities
Play a key role in formulating and driving the strategy for Schaeffler India , both on the Organic and the In -Organic growth opportunities.
Ensure that regular reviews and reports are generated to maintain the momentum of the strategy execution, both for the India sub region needs and for the Asia Pacific as well as the HQ needs.
High level of preparadeness for strategy presentations across sub region, in AP and also for the Board meetings as & when needed
Working independently with different stakeholders on identifying improvement areas of Governance, Processes and Organization and help to structure, standardize workflows with increased efficiency and effectiveness in the operative business.
Develop & Create a project monitoring Dashboard to enable the effciency of Project Management.
Monitoring and tracking independently the status of the strategic initiatives of different project managers with the respective Business Divisions. Ensuring support and escalating whenever projects are not on track.
Alignment with RHQ counterparts is a must – pulling and pushing topics whenever it supports main tasks.
Your Qualifications
- Graduate Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, General Law
- 10 to 15 years
