MIS Executive

Data Management

• Collect, compile, verify, and analyze data from various departments.
• Maintain and update databases, spreadsheets, and MIS records.
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality of business data.

Reporting & Analysis

• Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc MIS reports.
• Generate performance reports, dashboards, and management summaries.
• Analyze trends, variances, and operational data to support decision-making.
• Present reports in a clear and user-friendly format.

System Coordination

• Coordinate with different departments for data collection and validation.
• Monitor data entry processes and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Assist in the implementation and maintenance of MIS systems and software.

Documentation & Compliance

• Maintain records of reports, data files, and MIS procedures.
• Ensure timely submission of reports to management.
• Support audits by providing required data and documentation.

Process Improvement

• Identify opportunities to improve reporting efficiency and accuracy.
• Automate repetitive reporting tasks wherever possible.
• Recommend enhancements to existing MIS processes and systems.
