Network Designer - Subcontractor

Area(s) of responsibility

Network Designer

Key Responsibilities & Qualifications:

Deliver a detailed design on all projects where the network team is required, including diagrams of structural cabling, patching, ports, and IPs assignment, L2 and L3 traffics flows.
Provide hands-on technical leadership and oversight on technical design effort with respect to networking
Provide coaching and mentoring to Networking team
Establishes and support the enforcement of standards, road maps, frameworks, processes and policies related to networking
Lead project to evaluate and research new networking technologies and products that align with the strategic roadmap for customer IT
Provide networking technical leadership and consulting to other teams across the organization
Ability to collaborate and deliver results cross functionally. Highly proficient in engaging and influencing audiences, building relationships to achieve customer IT goals
Process improvement of networking support for all tiered support levels
Design Networking process automation
