Job Description
ऑफिस बॉय ची कामे
1. बँकेत जाणे, चेक भरणे
2. पासबुक भरून आणणे, स्टेटमेंट आणणे
3. ऑफिसमधील काही साफसफाई करणे (टेबल पुसणे, फाइल्स लावणे)
4. क्लायंटला चहा-पाणी देणे, स्टेशनरीचे सामान आणणे
5. कुणाला न्यायचे-सोडायचे असेल तर ते काम करणे
6. ऑफिसमधील कुठली वस्तू खराब झाली असेल तर त्यासाठी प्लंबर/सुतार बोलवून दुरुस्ती करून घेणे
7. ऑफिसकडून दिलेल्या सर्व पैशांचा हिशोब ठेवणे
8. किराणा वगैरे आणणे
9. कुरिअर देणे-आणणे, पोस्ट ऑफिसचे काम करणे
10. कॉनफरन्स रूम किंवा मिटिंगसाठी व्यवस्था करणे (पाणी, चहा, फाइल्स ठेवणे इ.)
11. प्रिंटर/झेरॉक्स/स्कॅनिंगसाठी मदत करणे
12. कागदपत्रे योग्य ठिकाणी ठेवणे आणि फाईलिंगमध्ये मदत करणे
13. सिनियर किंवा स्टाफने सांगितलेली लहान-मोठी कामे वेळेवर करणे
14. ऑफिसमध्ये पाहुणे आले तर त्यांचे स्वागत करणे व योग्य व्यक्तीकडे नेणे
15. फोन मेसेज घेणे व योग्य व्यक्तीला सांगणे
वरील सर्व कामे जमणार असतील आणि किमान एक वर्ष नोकरीची हमी देणार असाल तर खालील पत्त्यावर सकाळी 11 ते 6 पर्यंत मुलाखतीसाठी भेटा.
