Job Description

1. Preparations, area readiness and attending to various audits conducted by Internal & External Auditors.
2. Receipt of incoming raw materials, packaging materials and consumables and ensuring transfer of received material to their respective storage locations within proposed timelines.
3. Preparation of GRNs and TO confirmations.
4. Dispensing of raw materials / packaging materials / consumable materials.
5. Initiate discrepancy/vendor complaints for the discrepancies observed during receipt of material.
6. To take follow ups with Purchase, QC and QA department, external vendors to resolve and discuss vendor complaints/discrepancies and PO related problems.
7. Monitor engineering stores activities including receipt of materials, issuance of material, and preparation of gate passes and overall maintenance of stores.
8. To maintain cGMP records as per SOPs and to follow cGMP practices at Warehouse.
9. To ensure the cleanliness of warehouse areas and equipment as per SOPs/ EOPs and to maintain records.
10. Cleaning, Calibration and verification of weighing balances.
11. To monitor the temperature, relative humidity and differential pressures.
12. Operation and cleaning of pass box and de-dusting tunnels.
13. To ensure the cleanliness and neatness in warehouse areas.

Work Experience

5 to 7 years

Education

Post Graduation in Science or Chemistry
