Job Description:
We are hiring experienced cab drivers for Ola, Uber, and Rapido platforms for vehicles such as Dzire, Wagon R, and Ertiga. The role includes safe driving, timely pickups and drops, and maintaining professional behavior with customers.
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year driving experience
• Valid driving license (TR)
• Valid Police Verification (mandatory)
• Basic knowledge of city routes
• Responsible and punctual attitude
Salary & Benefits:
• Salary up to ₹18,000 (based on experience)
• 10-hour daily shift (Day / Night available)
• Weekly off (rotational)
• ₹600 incentive for working on weekly off
• Salary credited on the 10th of every month
Loyalty Bonus (Job Stability Benefit):
A ₹400 per month loyalty contribution will be deducted. After 12 months of successful job completion, the driver will receive ₹4,800 (total deductions) + ₹2,400 as a bonus.
Total Loyalty Bonus payout: ₹7,200.
