Job Description

Job Title: Operations & Trade Coordinator – Plastic Recycling & Polymers

Phoenix Enterprises is looking for a smart, disciplined, and energetic candidate to support daily operations, customer coordination, logistics follow-ups, and trade activities in the plastic recycling and polymer industry.

  • Key Responsibilities:Coordinate with customers, transporters, suppliers, and internal teams
  • Handle quotations, dispatch follow-ups, CRM updates, and daily operational tasks
  • Support during exhibitions and trade fairs
  • Learn company products, polymers, and market operations
  • Maintain proper communication through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and Excel reports
  • Requirements:Good computer knowledge is mandatory (Excel, Google Sheets, Emails, WhatsApp, basic CRM tools)
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Willingness to travel during trade fairs and business visits
  • Willingness to learn about polymers and plastic recycling industry
  • Organized, responsible, and able to handle multiple tasks
  • Preferred:1–3 years experience in operations, logistics, plastics, industrial trading, or coordination roles
  • Basic knowledge of plastic/polymers is an advantage
