Oracle HCM Integration Developer

Job Title: Oracle HCM Integration Developer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Oracle HCM Integration Developer to design, develop, test, and maintain integrations between Oracle HCM Cloud and other internal/external systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), HCM Extracts, BIP reports, Fast Formulas, and REST/SOAP web services.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement integration solutions between Oracle HCM Cloud and third-party systems (payroll, benefits, timekeeping, etc.).
Develop and maintain integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), HCM Extracts, BIP, and Web Services (REST/SOAP).
Collaborate with HR, IT, and external vendors to gather integration requirements and troubleshoot issues.
Configure and support Oracle HCM modules like Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Absence Management, and Talent Management.
Perform unit testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
Monitor integration performance and resolve errors proactively.
Maintain technical documentation and adhere to data security and privacy standards.
Support data conversions and batch job scheduling as needed.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
3+ years of experience with Oracle HCM Cloud integrations.
Proficiency in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, and Web Services (REST/SOAP).
Experience with Fast Formulas, OTBI, and HDL (HCM Data Loader).
Solid understanding of Oracle HCM data model and business processes.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Oracle HCM Cloud certification.
Experience with global HCM implementations and multi-country integrations.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Experience integrating with systems like ADP, Workday, SuccessFactors, or other third-party vendors.
