Area(s) of responsibility

Translate business requirements into technical design

• Partner with HR stakeholders (HRBPs, Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards)
• Convert ambiguous requirements into structured reporting logic and data models
• Create comprehensive testing scenarios

Develop and maintain BI Publisher (BIP) reports

• Create data models and build templates based on requirements
• Unit test reports and confirm meet requirements

Own end-to-end report development lifecycle

• Requirements → Design→ Build → Test → Deploy
• Interact with functional product owners and stakeholders to ensure proper testing
• Support UAT and iterate based on stakeholder feedback
• Perform hypercare on deployed reports

Support multi-functional reporting domains

• Core HR (headcount, worker data, org structures)
• Talent Management (performance, goals, succession)
• Talent Acquisition (requisitions, pipeline, hires)
• Total Rewards (compensation, salary ranges, incentives)
