OTM Consultant
Area(s) of responsibility
We are seeking a skilled OTM (Oracle Transportation Management) Techno-Functional Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of OTM modules, along with technical expertise in system configuration, customization, and integration. You will work closely with clients to analyze business requirements and implement effective transportation management solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement, configure, and customize Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) modules based on client requirements.
Gather and analyze transportation and logistics business processes.
Develop technical specifications and design solutions for system enhancements.
Perform system integrations with other ERP and supply chain systems.
Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
Provide functional and technical support post-implementation.
Conduct user training and documentation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
