Summary:
As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the design and continuous improvement of packaged or software as a service solutions. This role includes managing the configuration, integration, and release processes to ensure seamless delivery. The position requires setting and maintaining platform standards that guarantee system stability and optimal performance while aligning with both business objectives and vendor requirements. Collaboration with various stakeholders to drive the evolution of the solution and address emerging challenges is a key aspect of daily activities.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of best practices to enhance solution quality and delivery efficiency.
- Facilitate communication and coordination among cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and timely resolution of issues.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and skill development.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure IaaS.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure management and deployment strategies related to Microsoft Azure infrastructure as a service.
- Strong knowledge of platform configuration, integration techniques, and release management within cloud environments.
- Ability to design scalable and reliable cloud-based solutions that meet business and technical requirements.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools and performance optimization practices to maintain system stability and efficiency.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Azure IaaS.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
