Summary:
As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or software as a service applications to tailor features according to evolving business requirements. The role includes managing application releases and ensuring the overall stability and performance of the systems. Daily activities also involve utilizing standard tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to deliver solutions that align with organizational goals while maintaining compatibility across various environments. Collaboration with different teams to address operational challenges and optimize application functionality is an integral part of the workday.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement application enhancements.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain high availability and reliability.
- Document configuration changes and maintain detailed records to support audit and compliance requirements.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Security, SAP Governance Risk and Compliance (SAP GRC).
- Experience with configuring and managing user roles, authorizations, and access controls within SAP environments.
- Knowledge of SAP system architecture and integration points to ensure secure and efficient operations.
- Ability to work with APIs and low-code platforms to customize and extend application functionalities.
- Familiarity with release management processes and tools to coordinate application updates and patches.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP Security.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
