Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement application enhancements.
- Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain system reliability.
- Document configuration changes and maintain clear records of system updates.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on application usage and best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Agentforce.
- Experience with configuring and customizing packaged or software as a service applications.
- Familiarity with using application programming interfaces and low-code platforms for solution development.
- Ability to manage software releases and ensure seamless deployment processes.
- Strong problem-solving skills to address technical challenges and optimize application performance.
- Good understanding of system compatibility and integration within diverse IT environments.

- This position is based at our Pune office.
