पुण्यातील घरगुती रुग्णसेवेसाठी अनुभवी आणि मनापासून काळजी घेणाऱ्या *पेशंट केअरटेकर*ची आवश्यकता आहे.

*कामाची जबाबदारी:* 

- रोजच्या क्रियाकलापात मदत (आंघोळ, कपडे, जेवण, हालचाल) 

- औषधे वेळेवर देणे आणि आरोग्य लक्षात ठेवणे 

- स्वच्छता आणि भावनिक आधार देणे

*आवश्यकता:* 

- रुग्णसेवा किंवा वृद्धसेवेत अनुभव असावा 

- शांत, संयमी आणि जबाबदार व्यक्तिमत्त्व 

- 12 तास किंवा 24 तास शिफ्टमध्ये काम करण्याची तयारी

*ये काम पूरी ज़िम्मेदारी, धैर्य और सहानुभूति के साथ करना होता है। ड्यूटी दिन में 12 घंटे की या 24 घंटे की हो सकती है — जो भी ज़रूरत हो। सैलरी अनुभव और ड्यूटी के घंटे के हिसाब से होती है (₹18,000 से ₹24,000 तक)।*

हम पुणे में होम-बेस्ड बुजुर्ग एवं पेशेंट केयर के लिए अनुभवी और सहृदय पेशेंट केयर टेकर भर्ती कर रहे हैं।

जिम्मेदारियाँ:

• दैनिक दिनचर्या में सहायता (नहाना, कपड़े बदलना, खाना खिलाना, चलने-फिरने में मदद)
• स्वास्थ्य की निगरानी और समय पर दवाई देना
• भावनात्मक सहयोग और स्वच्छता का ध्यान रखना

आवश्यकताएँ:

• पेशेंट या बुजुर्गों की देखभाल का पूर्व अनुभव वांछनीय
• विनम्र, धैर्यवान और विश्वसनीय होना आवश्यक
• 12 घंटे/दिन या 24 घंटे ड्यूटी करने की इच्छा (जैसा असाइन किया जाए)

Job Responsibilities

- Assisting patients with daily routine activities  

- Helping with walking, sitting, and mobility support  

- Caring for elderly, bedridden, or recovering patients  

- Maintaining hygiene: bathing, grooming, dressing  

- Feeding support as required  

- Assisting in diaper change, bedpan, urine pot  

- Giving medicines only as per family/doctor instructions  

- Keeping patient surroundings clean and organized  

- Monitoring patient comfort and reporting any changes  

- Providing respectful and emotional support  

- Following instructions from family and Talyan team  

Required Skills:

- Caring and patient attitude  

- Basic knowledge of patient care  

- Ability to handle elderly and bedridden patients  

- Good communication and discipline  

- Honest, punctual, and responsible  

- Willingness to work in home care environment  

Eligibility:

- Male and female candidates can apply  

- Experience preferred; freshers can apply  

- GDA / Nursing Assistant / ANM / GNM preferred
