Job Description – HR Recruiter / Telecaller (Care Taker & Nurse Recruitment)

We are looking for an energetic and responsible HR Recruiter / Telecaller to handle the recruitment and coordination of Care Takers and Nurses for patient care services.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for calling candidates, conducting initial screening, completing KYC, onboarding caregivers, coordinating with patients, and ensuring smooth staff deployment. The role also involves regular follow-up with clients and caregivers to maintain service quality.

• Key Responsibilities:Handle daily calling for recruitment of Care Takers, Nurses, and Patient Attendants
• Screen candidates over call and shortlist based on job requirements
• Conduct KYC verification and complete onboarding formalities of caregivers
• Maintain candidate database, records, and recruitment status updates
• Coordinate with nurses/care takers regarding job location, shift timings, and joining details
• Ensure timely placement of caregivers as per patient requirements
• Communicate with patients and families regarding caregiver assignments
• Take regular feedback from clients regarding caregiver performance and service quality
• Follow up with caregivers for attendance, replacements, and shift continuity
• Conduct engagement activities and regular communication with field staff
• Resolve basic caregiver or client concerns through timely coordination
• Maintain reports of recruitment, joining, client feedback, and staff availability
• Support management in fulfilling urgent staffing requirements
• Required Skills:Strong communication and telecalling skills
• Good coordination and follow-up ability
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, WhatsApp, and office documentation
• Ability to handle multiple calls and manage recruitment pipeline
• Good convincing and interpersonal skills
• Problem-solving attitude and ability to work under pressure
• Preferred Candidate Profile:Graduate / Undergraduate
• Experience in HR recruitment, telecalling, or healthcare staffing preferred
• Experience in care taker / nurse recruitment will be an added advantage
• Confident in handling candidate and client communication
• Organized, responsible, and target-oriented
