About the RoleWe are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Executive to plan, execute, optimize, and scale digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in paid advertising, lead generation, campaign optimization, analytics, and ROI-focused marketing.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, and YouTube Ads.
  • Manage campaign budgets and maximize Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
  • Generate high-quality leads through paid marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor campaign performance and optimize CPC, CPL, CPA, CTR, and conversions.
  • Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
  • Create landing page strategies to improve conversion rates.
  • Set up and manage conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics (GA4), and Meta Pixel.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
  • Perform A/B testing on ads, creatives, and landing pages.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad copies and creatives.
  • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and platform updates.
