Job Description
Ready for PAN India coordination
Flexible for travel if required
Strong communication in English, Hindi & Marathi
Professional dressing and behavior
Experience in management coordination preferred
Manage daily schedules, meetings, and appointments of senior management
Coordinate with PAN India teams, galleries, and management staff
Handle official calls, emails, WhatsApp communication, and follow-ups
Prepare meeting agendas, reports, presentations, and company documents
Maintain confidential company records and management information
Organize Zoom meetings, events, seminars, and management programs
Support business expansion and operational coordination activities
Communicate with franchise partners and gallery owners professionally
Manage travel plans, hotel bookings, and event arrangements
Maintain proper MIS reports and daily activity updates
Handle social media coordination and management communication if required
Ensure timely follow-up on assigned management tasks
