Pest Control Operator

Job Summary:The Pest Control Operator is responsible for inspecting, identifying, and treating pest infestations in residential, commercial, or industrial settings. This role ensures a safe, sanitary, and pest-free environment for clients by applying appropriate pest control methods and complying with safety standards and regulations.

• Key Responsibilities:Inspect buildings and premises for signs of pests or infestation.
• Identify pest problems and determine the appropriate treatment plan.
• Apply pesticides and other pest control treatments using appropriate tools and safety procedures.
• Set traps and place bait in strategic locations.
• Monitor treated areas to assess effectiveness and provide follow-up treatments when needed.
• Maintain accurate records of services provided, chemicals used, and customer interactions.
• Educate customers on preventive measures to avoid future infestations.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and handle chemicals in accordance with guidelines.
• Maintain and clean equipment regularly.
• Report any property damage or pest activity beyond standard treatments.
