Job Description

Job Summary:We are looking for a qualified and customer-focused Pharmacist to join our pharmacy team. The candidate will be responsible for dispensing medicines accurately, guiding customers on proper medication usage, maintaining stock, and ensuring compliance with all pharmacy regulations.

  • Key Responsibilities:Dispense prescription and OTC medicines accurately.
  • Verify prescriptions and ensure correct dosage and medicine details.
  • Counsel patients regarding medicine usage, side effects, precautions, and storage.
  • Maintain proper records of scheduled and controlled medicines.
  • Monitor inventory, expiry dates, and stock availability.
  • Coordinate with doctors, distributors, and healthcare professionals when required.
  • Ensure compliance with pharmacy laws, SOPs, and company policies.
  • Handle billing and customer queries professionally.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pharmacy store.
  • Support generic medicine promotion and healthcare awareness.
