Job Description
Prescription & Order Verification: Accurately read, verify, and process bulk medicine orders or retail prescriptions to ensure correct dosage and product distribution.
Inventory & Stock Management: Monitor stock levels, track manufacturing and expiry dates, and manage the proper storage of temperature-sensitive medicines.
Quality & Compliance: Ensure all pharmaceutical operations strictly adhere to FDA guidelines, state pharmacy laws, and standard medical warehouse protocols.
Billing & Documentation: Generate accurate invoices, maintain clean records of controlled substances, and update internal stock management software.
Coordination: Work closely with the picking and packing team to cross-verify orders before they are dispatched to retail stores or hospitals.
