Pick Up Executive

-Key Responsibilities

Visit customer locations for vehicle pickup and handover.

Verify vehicle details, documents, and customer information.

Conduct basic vehicle inspections and capture photos/videos as per company guidelines.

Coordinate with customers regarding pickup schedules and required documentation.

Safely ride or transport motorcycles to designated locations.

Ensure all pickup-related forms and paperwork are completed accurately.

Maintain professional behavior while representing Biketrend.

Update the operations team regarding pickup status and vehicle condition.

Assist in RTO, transfer, and documentation-related tasks when required.

Required Qualifications

Minimum 12th Pass.

Valid Two-Wheeler Driving License (Mandatory).

Good knowledge of motorcycles and basic vehicle inspection.

Familiarity with Pune roads and surrounding areas.

Ability to use smartphones, WhatsApp, Google Maps, and mobile applications.

Good communication and customer-handling skills.

Preferred Skills

Experience in logistics, vehicle pickup, delivery, or field operations.

Basic understanding of vehicle documents such as RC, Insurance, PUC, and Loan NOC.

Problem-solving attitude and attention to detail.
