पदाचे वर्णन:
पिकर / पॅकर कर्मचारी गोदामातील (Warehouse) वस्तू ऑर्डरनुसार निवडणे (Picking), तपासणे आणि योग्य पद्धतीने पॅक करणे यासाठी जबाबदार असेल. तसेच मालाची सुरक्षित हाताळणी आणि वेळेत डिस्पॅच सुनिश्चित करणे अपेक्षित आहे.
- मुख्य जबाबदाऱ्या:ऑर्डरनुसार वस्तू निवडणे (Picking)
- निवडलेल्या वस्तूंची गुणवत्ता व प्रमाण तपासणे
- वस्तू योग्य प्रकारे पॅक करणे
- पॅकेजवर आवश्यक लेबल लावणे
- गोदामातील स्वच्छता व सुरक्षितता नियमांचे पालन करणे
- माल चढवणे, उतरवणे व वर्गीकरण करणे
- सुपरवायझरने दिलेली इतर संबंधित कामे पूर्ण करणे
- आवश्यक पात्रता:किमान 10 वी उत्तीर्ण
- गोदाम किंवा लॉजिस्टिक्स क्षेत्रातील अनुभव असल्यास प्राधान्य
- शारीरिकदृष्ट्या तंदुरुस्त
- टीममध्ये काम करण्याची क्षमता
- मूलभूत वाचन व गणना कौशल्य
- कामाची वेळ:शिफ्टनुसार काम
- ओव्हरटाइम उपलब्ध असल्यास कंपनीच्या नियमानुसार
- वेतन:कंपनीच्या धोरणानुसार
- PF, ESI आणि इतर सुविधा लागू असल्यास
Picker / Packer Job Description (हिंदी)पद का नाम: पिकर /
पद का विवरण:पिकर / पैकर गोदाम (Warehouse) में ग्राहकों के ऑर्डर के अनुसार सामान चुनने (Picking), उसकी जांच करने तथा सुरक्षित तरीके से पैक करने के लिए जिम्मेदार होगा। साथ ही समय पर डिस्पैच और स्टॉक की सही हैंडलिंग सुनिश्चित करना भी आवश्यक होगा।
- मुख्य जिम्मेदारियाँ:ऑर्डर के अनुसार सामान चुनना (Picking)
- चुने गए सामान की मात्रा और गुणवत्ता की जांच करना
- सामान को सुरक्षित और सही तरीके से पैक करना
- पैकेज पर आवश्यक लेबल लगाना
- गोदाम की साफ-सफाई और सुरक्षा नियमों का पालन करना
- माल की लोडिंग, अनलोडिंग और छंटाई में सहयोग करना
- सुपरवाइजर द्वारा दिए गए अन्य कार्यों को पूरा करना
- आवश्यक योग्यता:न्यूनतम 10वीं पास
- वेयरहाउस या लॉजिस्टिक्स क्षेत्र का अनुभव होने पर प्राथमिकता
- शारीरिक रूप से स्वस्थ एवं सक्रिय
- टीम के साथ काम करने की क्षमता
- बुनियादी पढ़ने और गणना करने का ज्ञान
- कार्य समय:शिफ्ट आधारित कार्य
- आवश्यकता अनुसार ओवरटाइम
- वेतन एवं सुविधाएँ:कंपनी की नीति के अनुसार
- PF, ESI एवं अन्य सुविधाएँ (यदि लागू हों)
तुरंत जॉइनिंग वाले उम्मीदवारों को प्राथमिकता दी जाएगी।
