Job Summary

Uni Seoul is looking for energetic and detail-oriented Picker & Packers to support warehouse operations. The role involves accurately picking products from storage locations, packing orders as per company standards, and ensuring timely dispatch of goods. The candidate should be physically fit, disciplined, and capable of working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick products from warehouse locations based on order sheets or handheld scanner instructions.
• Verify item codes, quantities, and product quality before packing.
• Pack products securely to prevent damage during transportation.
• Label and prepare shipments for dispatch.
• Ensure order accuracy and timely order fulfillment.
• Assist in loading and unloading goods.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization within the warehouse.
• Conduct basic inventory checks and report stock discrepancies.
• Segregate damaged or defective products and inform the supervisor.
• Follow warehouse safety guidelines and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Meet daily productivity and accuracy targets.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass
• Experience: 0–5 years in warehouse operations (Freshers can also apply)
• Basic understanding of warehouse processes preferred
• Ability to read and understand order slips
• Physically fit to lift, move, and handle products

• Basic knowledge of mobile scanners/handheld devices is an added advantage

• Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month
