Job Description
**Job Title: Plant Incharge / Supervisor**
**Job Summary:**
Responsible for managing day-to-day bottling/refilling plant operations, ensuring production targets, safety compliance, and quality standards. Handles manpower, equipment coordination, and smooth dispatch operations.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Supervise filling operations and ensure SOP adherence
* Maintain safety standards and regulatory compliance (PESO/OHS)
* Monitor product quality, machine performance, and downtime
* Manage manpower, shifts, and productivity
* Coordinate with maintenance and logistics teams
* Maintain production and safety reports
**Requirements:**
Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Chemical/Industrial Engineering with 1+ years of experience in LPG/industrial gases/bottling plants. Strong knowledge of plant operations, safety, and equipment handling.
