Job Description

🚀 Job Description:-

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Pre-Sales Executive to join our growing real estate team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for

-handling leads,

-initiating client conversations, and supporting the sales team in converting prospects into customers.



🎯 Key Responsibilities:-

  • Handle inbound and outbound leads
  • Make calls to potential customers and generate interest
  • Understand customer requirements and explain project details
  • Schedule site visits for the sales team
  • Maintain lead data and follow-ups in CRM
  • Build strong relationships with prospective clients



✅ Requirements:-

  • Good communication skills (English + Hindi/Marathi preferred)
  • Confident speaker with a positive attitude
  • Basic knowledge of real estate is a plus
  • Ability to handle multiple leads and follow-ups
  • Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply
