Job Description
Job Title: Pre-Sales Executive / Inside Sales Associate (B2C – Home Interiors)
Location: Pune (In-Office Role)
Experience: 0–2 Years (Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply)
Key Responsibilities
- Connect with warm leads generated through marketing campaigns (no cold calling)
- Understand customers’ property details, timelines, and design requirements
- Qualify leads and effectively communicate our value proposition
- Schedule and drive design consultations / office visits
- Maintain accurate records of interactions using CRM tools
- Consistently meet daily/weekly call and conversion targets
Skills
- Excellent verbal communication in Marathi and Hindi (English = Big Pus)
- Strong persuasion and objection-handling skills
- Preferred industries: EdTech, Real Estate, BFSI, Interior Design or Customer Support
