Job Description
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹22,000 per month
Shift Timing: Day Shift (10:00 AM – 7:00 PM)
Weekly Off: Monday
Job Overview:We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Pre-Sales Telecaller to support our real estate sales team by generating leads and qualifying prospects. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
- Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided data
- Explain real estate projects and offerings to clients
- Generate and qualify leads for the sales team
- Maintain and update customer database regularly
- Schedule site visits and follow-ups with interested clients
- Handle customer queries in a professional manner
- Coordinate with the sales team for lead closures
- Requirements:Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred
- Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English)
- Prior experience in telecalling or real estate (preferred but not mandatory)
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM tools)
- Positive attitude and convincing skills
