Job Description
Key Responsibilities'
- Lead Management: Promptly respond to inquiries from digital campaigns and property portals.
- Requirement Mapping: Understand client needs and pitch appropriate options from our multi-segment portfolio.
- Site Visit Generation: Persuade and invite prospects for site visits, ensuring a high lead-to-visit conversion rate.
- CRM Operations: Maintain precise, up-to-date documentation of all client interactions and follow-ups in the CRM system.
Requirement's
- Experience: 1–4 years in Real Estate Pre-Sales, Inside Sales, or Tele-sales.
- Languages: Absolute fluency in English is mandatory (functional Marathi and Hindi is preferred).
- Skills: Excellent telephone etiquette, active listening, and strong convincing abilities.
- Aptitude: Ability to comfortably switch pitches between homebuyers, retail investors, and industrial clients.
