Position: Pre Sales Executive – Real Estate

Experience: Minimum 6 months in Real Estate Sales

Work Mode: Work from Office

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Based on experience & performance)

Incentive : 5000 to 50,000

Weekly Off: Monday

📝 Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to generate and qualify leads.
• Manage the complete pre-sales process from lead enquiry to site visit scheduling.
• Coordinate face-to-face (F2F) meetings between clients and the Sales Team.
• Follow up regularly with prospects, channel partners, and existing leads.
• Understand customer requirements and provide accurate project information.
• Maintain and update lead data in the CRM system.
• Schedule and confirm site visits with clients.
• Ensure timely follow-up to maximise lead conversion.
• Coordinate with the sales team for smooth handover of qualified leads.
• Prepare daily call reports, follow-up reports, and MIS.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners.
• Handle customer queries professionally via phone, WhatsApp, and email.
• Support the sales team in achieving business goals.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer data and company information.

✅ Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months of experience in real estate sales (mandatory)
• Languages required: Marathi, Hindi, and English
• Strong communication and closing skills
