Product Manager - Chase Travel

You enjoy shaping the future of product innovation as a core leader, driving value for customers, guiding successful launches, and exceeding expectations. Join our dynamic team and make a meaningful impact by delivering high-quality products that resonate with clients.
As a Product Manager in Chase Travel within consumer & community Banking Team, you are an integral part of the team that innovates new product offerings and leads the end-to-end product life cycle. As a core leader, you are responsible for acting as the voice of the customer and developing profitable products that provide customer value. Utilizing your deep understanding of how to get a product off the ground, you guide the successful launch of products, gather crucial feedback, and ensure top-tier client experiences. With a strong commitment to scalability, resiliency, and stability, you collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that exceed customer expectations.
Job responsibilities
  • Own the Lodging product roadmap and outcomes for two squads, including strategy, prioritization, delivery, and measurable business impact.
  • Lead and manage a team of product analysts as a people manager—setting clear ownership, expectations, development plans, and delivery practices in a fast-paced environment.
  • Partner with senior business stakeholders to prioritize features, enhancements, and technical debt; manage dependencies and ensure transparent decision-making.
  • Collaborate with Engineering Managers, squads, and Agility Leads / PMO to translate the book of work into an optimal product backlog, balancing scope, capacity, and constraints.
  • Drive Agile delivery of Lodging capabilities, ensuring disciplined planning, execution, and release management aligned to availability, performance, and security requirements.
  • Continuously improve quality and resiliency, using iterative enhancements, metrics, operational feedback loops, and a focus on maintainability and operability.
  • Align cross-functional partners (including partner application teams and architecture) to Chase Travel Lodging integration priorities and broader platform needs.
  •
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • 5+ years of product management experience (or equivalent expertise) in Travel and/or a closely related domain, with a track record of delivering measurable customer and business outcomes.
  • Advanced knowledge of the product development lifecycle, including discovery, UX/design partnership, delivery, launch, and ongoing optimization.
  • Proven ability to lead end-to-end product lifecycle activities, including problem framing, customer/stakeholder discovery, ideation, strategy definition, requirements and acceptance criteria, and value/benefits management.
  • Demonstrated success influencing without authority, driving organizational change, and aligning stakeholders across product, engineering, operations, risk, compliance, and other partner functions.
  • Strong business acumen to propose, evaluate, and influence product and feature explorations for enterprise-scale applications.
  • Ability to synthesize large volumes of quantitative and qualitative inputs into clear narratives, concise summaries, and actionable insights.
  • People management experience, with a demonstrated ability to build and develop a high-performing, collaborative team.
  • Experience supporting high-traffic, mission-critical consumer-facing platforms with reliability expectations (availability, performance, resiliency, incident management).
  • Strong executive presence and communication skills (written and verbal): ability to lead senior stakeholder discussions and drive decisions using data-informed narratives, including risks, trade-offs, options analysis, and decision-ready proposals.
