About the RoleAera Gas Control Systems is looking for enthusiastic Graduate Engineer Trainees (GET) to join our Production team as Production Supervisors. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh engineering graduates who want to build a career in automotive manufacturing, production management, and shop floor operations.

You will receive structured training and hands-on exposure to production planning, assembly operations, quality systems, Lean Manufacturing, and team coordination while working alongside experienced manufacturing professionals.

• Key ResponsibilitiesProduction OperationsMonitor daily production activities to achieve production targets.
• Ensure timely completion of manufacturing schedules.
• Coordinate smooth shop floor operations.
• Shop Floor CoordinationCoordinate with Production, Stores, Material Handling and Quality teams.
• Ensure material availability for uninterrupted production.
• Support assembly line setup and product changeovers.
• Production MonitoringMaintain shift-wise production reports.
• Record downtime and production losses.
• Monitor productivity and shop floor performance.
• Quality & Process ComplianceEnsure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Follow 5S, safety and quality standards.
• Participate in defect analysis and corrective action activities.
• Team SupportGuide and support production operators.
• Ensure process discipline on the shop floor.
• Escalate production issues to senior management.
• Continuous ImprovementParticipate in Lean Manufacturing initiatives.
• Support Kaizen and productivity improvement projects.
• Contribute to process optimisation and waste reduction.
• EligibilityDiploma / BE / B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, Automobile or related engineering discipline.
• Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of manufacturing experience can apply.
• Internship or industrial training experience will be an added advantage.
• Required SkillsStrong willingness to learn
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes
• Knowledge of 5S, Kaizen and Lean Manufacturing
• Ability to read basic engineering drawings
• Problem-solving mindset
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel
• Ready to work in shifts and on the shop floor
