Production Executive

Experience: 1–3 years (freshers with relevant education can also apply)

About the Role: We are looking for a detail-oriented Production Executive to support our Production Manager in planning, coordination, and day-to-day production operations. The role combines ERP data entry, stock management, and material inward handling, with strong growth potential to take on independent production planning responsibilities over time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain job masters, job cards, and production-related entries in our ERP system
• Maintain and update daily stock records in Excel — raw material, consumables, and finished goods
• Handle material inward: verify invoices against purchase orders, check quantities, and update stock
• Coordinate with the plate maker, designer, and vendors as directed by the Production Manager
• Assist the Production Manager in planning, follow-ups, and job status tracking
• Stand in for the Production Manager during his absence for routine coordination tasks
• Maintain production documentation and reports

Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline (B.Com, BBA, Diploma in Printing Technology preferred but not mandatory)
• Working knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, basic formulas, data entry discipline)
• Familiarity with any ERP system is a plus; training on Zoho Creator will be provided
• Good communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and ownership mindset
• Prior experience in printing, packaging, or manufacturing industries is preferred
